Sometimes a transaction may need to be edited in your accounting software.

If this happens before you have reviewed and applied a treatment to the transaction via the Mayday Inbox, then the data will simply update on the next re-sync.

If the edit happens after you have reviewed and applied a treatment to the transaction via the Mayday inbox, then we will resurface the transaction in the inbox with the Edited in Xero/QBO badge in the top right corner:

when you click this badge, you will see the details of all the changes made:

You can then simply review the treatments applied and amend them as necessary, before clicking Add to Schedule.

You will likely then need to one-click post any updates to the journals if the numbers have changed since you posted them. See this article for more information.
