Mayday Recogniser has created some Standard Release Schedules which are commonly used in most businesses:
However we understand not all businesses operate in the same way and you may have unique situations which don't fit the "standard" mould - so we have the option for you to create your own custom schedules.
Simply select + Create new custom release schedule from the drop down options and a new window will pop up where you can choose to create a new Straight Line or Per Day release schedule over the duration you need:
Once you save the schedule, it will appear in your drop down Schedule options across both Prepayments and Deferred Revenue, to be used against any future transactions:
and it will also be saved in your Custom Schedule settings page:
From the settings page, you can archive any custom schedules you no longer need, or restore any you need to reuse.
Note: Archiving a schedule won't impact any transactions already using it, but you won't be able to use it on any future transactions unless you restore it.
