If you use the same apportionment factors for more than one recharge rule, this section will be a great time-saver for you.

The Apportionments page allows you to define standard ways of splitting costs between the entities in your recharge group - for example, by headcount, floorspace or revenue.

You can easily update the apportionments as and when the numbers change, and the rules will automatically use the most up-to-date information when calculating your recharges.

Remember to check that they are up to date before moving on to calculations!
