Sometimes when you run a recharge, you may not see a specific recharge transaction you were expecting to see. This can happen for a few reasons:
The rule wasn't set up quite right and so it didn't pick up the transaction to recharge as expected
Someone may have manually overriden the rule applied
Maybe the rule hasn't yet been created
If you are unable to see a recharge transaction you were expecting to see, you can easily find the original transaction to understand what happened and why it hasn't been recharged as expected, by doing the following:
Open up the recharge you believe the recharge transaction should be in
Group the transactions by account code:
βScroll down to the transactions from the relevant entity and find the account code the original transaction would be posted to
Expand that account code and look for the transaction
Check what rule has been applied (if any) and check if the rule has been overriden
βFix whatever may be causing the transaction to not be recharged as expected (that may mean adding a new rule, amending an existing rule, or removing an adhoc rule that has been applied)
