When processing your recharges through Mayday, you may wish to attach support to the final postings in your accounting file.
The below outlines the different forms of support most people go-to.
Support 1: Link from Xero/QBO to Mayday
Every time you post something from Mayday to your accounting file, there will be a link embedded on the posting - so that your supporting recharge is only ever 1-click away.
Look for the "Go to Mayday" button in Xero:
and the link included in the memo on your journal posting in QBO:
This allows teams (for review and audit purposes) to easily trace transactions from the final recharge > to Mayday > all the way through to the underlying source transaction.
Support 2: PDF Attachment for bill's in Xero
Mayday will automatically attach a supporting document to the "bill" side of any recharge posting for Xero users, so that the receiving entity/finance team has something tangible to associate with the transaction.
Support 3: Additional Supporting Documents
Of course, if you wish to attach further support, you can do so directly in Xero or QBO.

After you post from Mayday, just click the deep link which will take you directly to the transaction in your accounting file:
From there, you can then easily attach anything else you need using this button in Xero:
