Once you’re happy all your numbers are final and the commentary provided is adequate, you can mark each balance as reviewed and / or approved. You don’t need to complete both, you can either just mark as reviewed or just mark as approved, but you have the option to add a second layer of approval if you wish. You also don’t need to provide commentary in order to mark a balance as reviewed or approved.
Marking the balance as reviewed and / or approved indicates to us that you consider that balance to be finalised at that point in time - therefore, we will notify you if it later changes for any reason, after doing so. That way, you can be certain your commentary stays up to date and relevant!
Details of who and when a balance was marked as reviewed and / or approved will be displayed inside the commentary field and will also be available on hover over the closed commentary field.
