What does a partial sync mean?

Sometimes we may notify you that we have only been able to complete a partial sync of your data. This means that either 1 (or more) of your Orgs has failed to sync or potentially your Recharger google sheet has failed to sync.

This can happy for many reasons:

  • An issue with Xero / QuickBooks

  • A rate limit may have been reached

  • Data my have been entered in an unexpected way

  • An unexpected issue on our side

In order to correct this, simply re-sync using the Sync button in the left hand menu:
