Step 2: Review transactions in your Inbox

Review and assign schedules to transactions in your Inbox

Head to the inbox to start reviewing the Prepayment and Deferred Revenue Transactions. You can either simply approve the AI predicted release schedules or amend them as necessary.

Invoices, Journals, Bank transactions and Bills (as selected in settings) will all appear in the inbox for you to review and assign schedules to. You can choose to review these one at a time, using the default card view:

or you can review and apply schedules in bulk from the list view (which you can navigate to using the icons circled in red), using the tick boxes:

Simply select the items you want to apply a treatments to, pick the correct schedule, choose the from date, add any tracking categories and then add the transaction(s) to your schedule using the blue button.

Any transactions approved will then disappear from your Inbox and move to the History page (just incase you need to make any changes) and the release schedules will be calculated and added into the relevant schedule!
