Why is BRAG not connected in Xero?

Help with troubleshooting your BRAG connection

If you log in to Xero and see a "Disconnected" message when you go to use Mayday BRAG, you need to reconnect your Mayday extension.

How to reconnect your Mayday BRAG extension

You can do this by going to the extension tool bar and clicking the Mayday icon, where you will see a Connect to Mayday button:

Click this button and you will redirected to Mayday while the extension reconnects. Head back to Xero and click the Retry button and your BRAG transactions should load.

You’ll need to reconnect the Mayday extension on a regular basis for security purposes - roughly once a day or whenever you use BRAG.

We recommend pinning the Mayday extension to your browser’s toolbar so you’ll be able to easily reconnect it whenever you need to.
